Instead of Pulling Your Hair Out....

This quotation comes as a refreshing spring when people misunderstand, judge, and gossip about you (which is painfully common!)

“As to the harsh judgings of the world, or the more painful misunderstandings of Christian brethren, I generally feel that the best plan is to go on with our work and leave God to vindicate our cause.”

Hmm, Melanie, methinks thou hast found something very useful.....hair does rather come important to a girl.....by the way, did you know I wear a wig???? Cha. You shoulda found that quote a LONG time ago.....by the by jk. :-)
WV: hylavio....it sounds like some really cool Spanish "dude", ya think? Something the damsel in distress would weakly call as she was being kidnapped by the evil -er, um, KIDNAPPER, (:-), "Hylavio! Hylavio (!) SAVE ME!!!!", of COURSE just before she faints....as women always were in mid-1800's lit!! :-) *Musingly* They must have had very weak constitutions..............

Teddy, I think you informed me at a previous date about the wig. I am amazed at what fine order you keep it in. :-)

I'm sure Hylavio came to the rescue for that poor girl; his name bespeaks the utmost valiance!

I think the women back then fainted from lack of exercise and overly tightly laced stays!
