Rhubarb Pie
from the kitchen of Wilma Lobdell
INGREDIENTS:
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 T. flour
dash of salt
2 T. butter of margarine
1 recipe plain pastry
Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and salt. Fill 9" pastry-lined pie plate. Dot with butter and adjust top crust. Bake in hot (400 degree) oven for 40-50 minutes.
Mmmmmm-mmmmm, good!!
